Users of this website should be aged over 18 years of age. This means that you must be over 18 years of age to place an order, to register an account or to sign up to our email newsletters. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that your package is returned to us, you (the buyer) will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods. The information provided on this website is for guidance and information only and should not take the place of a diagnosis by your general practitioner or local pharmacist. For all medicines, vitamins, supplements and other healthcare products, it is important that you read the accompanying information and directions before use. If you are in doubt about how to take or use any of these products, please get in touch with us and one of our trained staff will be happy to assist you.
Online Medicine Sales
All medicines that we supply are sourced from an authorised manufacturer or an authorised wholesaler. We ensure the quality and safety of the medicines and the security and integrity of the supply to eliminate the risk of counterfeit medicines entering the supply chain. There are strict guidelines in place with regard to internet supply of medicines. When completing a transaction, the purchaser confirms that they are over 18 years of age, that the purchaser is aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging, and that the total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchaser’s own treatment. The guidelines require that each transaction is personally reviewed by a pharmacist and they personally supervise and authorise the supply. All medicines sales are only final upon review and approval by one of our pharmacists. We are unable to supply/ship medicines outside the Republic of Ireland.
We can only deliver Licensed Medicines within Ireland.
You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase medicines from our website. By purchasing any medicines, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:
In accordance with legislation, the records listed below will be retained securely for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
1. Every invoice for medicines obtained, which include:
- The date of the transaction,
- The name and quantity of the product obtained, and
- The name and address of the supplier.
2. A record of each transaction involving the supply of medicine to our customers, including:
- The order number,
- The date of the transaction,
- The name and quantity of the product supplied, and
- The name and address of the person to whom the product was supplied.
3. A record to show that prior to supplying/dispatching of the product, the customer has confirmed that they agree with and understand the terms and conditions which include:
- They are over 18 years old,
- They are aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging,
- The total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchaser’s own treatment, having regard to any previous supply to that purchaser,
- Where a maximum quantity to purchase is stated on a medicinal product, this is the maximum amount that we will supply in any one transaction. (Please note that repeat medicines purchases will be monitored), and
- Any medicines which are liable to abuse and/or misuse will be identified along with any repeat requests for medicines from the same customer. Where we suspect a medicine may be being abused or misused a supply will not be made and a full refund will be given.
A pharmacy supplying medicines via the internet will keep a record which shows that prior to supply of the product our pharmacist has:
- Personally reviewed each order for supply and personally supervised and authorised the supply, and
- Fulfilled the requirement of Regulation 10 of the Regulation of Retail Pharmacy Businesses Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 488 of 2008).
Regulation 10 of the Regulation of Retail Pharmacy Businesses Regulations 2008 requires that in the course of the supply, a registered pharmacist is satisfied that the purchaser is aware of what the appropriate use of the medicine is and that it is being sought for that purpose and, in so far as the registered pharmacist is aware, the product is not intended for abuse and/or misuse.
We strive to dispatch all products as quickly as possible. Please note that all orders are subject to review prior to dispatch. If you have a specific query about a delivery address outside of Ireland/UK or the rest of Europe, please contact us using [email protected] and we will be able to give you a specific delivery quote. If your delivery address is outside of the EU, it is possible your order may be subject to certain import customs/taxes which are outside of our control. If you are in doubt, please contact your local customs officials.
Returns & Refunds
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund. Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
We are happy to accept returns for unwanted products, provided the items are unopened and unused and the packaging is undamaged – you may cancel your order, by either email or post, within 14 days from delivery date (please see exclusions below). We must receive your returned order within 14 days of order cancellation. Proof of purchase will be required. If you have a query or wish to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt then please contact us directly. Proof of Purchase such as a receipt, dispatch note, or other proof of purchase will be required before we can provide any refund or exchange of goods.
Once your returned goods have been inspected and found to be unused/unopened and undamaged a full refund (less any discounts if you used a promotional code), including standard delivery charge, if applicable, will be issued. If you are returning part of an order, we will not be able to refund the standard delivery charge. Under distance selling law you will have to bear the direct cost of returning any goods to us.
Ensure that you are happy with your goods before opening or using them. Items that are returned in an unsaleable condition e.g. packaging damaged, opened or used will not be refunded or exchanged. Goods for return should always be well packaged to prevent any damage during transit, we recommend that you send any returns using a tracked service. Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at our discretion. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty you can return them with proof of purchase for exchange or refund. You should contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery (by telephone, email or post) to report the issue. We will cover return travel costs. You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery (proof of purchase required) you should contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery to report the issue (by telephone, email or post).
You must return the damaged or incorrectly supplied products to us as soon as possible. If you have received the incorrect products or a damaged product, we will offer you a refund. This refund will be made only to the credit/debit card used in the original transaction and we reserve the right to withhold amounts for products which are damaged during return
Once you cancel your order within 14 days following the date of receipt delivery and we receive your returned item within 14 days of your notification of cancellation we are happy to provide a refund provided the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account, from the date we receive your return. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received (eg a Credit Card payment will be refunded back onto the same card).
The following items cannot be returned within the terms of our refund policy:
- Products sealed for health or hygiene issues where the customer has unsealed the goods after delivery
- OTC medications
- Gift Vouchers
We reserve the right to add other items to this list from time to time. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods.

If you are unhappy with the products or services you have received from us, please email us. You can also submit any complaints to the Online Dispute Resolution service operated European Commission.

We reserve the right to amend pricing on the website without prior notice. Products may also be withdrawn at any stage. Confirmed orders will be dispatched once confirmed unless we contact you otherwise. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund providing the order has not already been dispatched for delivery.
Customers can select Euro, US Dollar, or Sterling prices on the website using the currency selection option. The amounted deducted from your credit/debit card will be that shown on the website at time of purchase. If you are purchasing via a currency other than Euro (€) or Sterling (£) or US Dollars ($) the amounted deducted will be determined via the exchange rate applied by your bank.
Registering on My Account
The My Account feature allows you to store previous purchase information, your delivery address(es) and your product Wishlist. Your billing and shipping address(es) will also be stored however credit/debit card information is NOT stored. We may use your purchase information for future offers or promotions.
