This premium quality Rose has been sustainably sourced from Bulgaria. It is extremely difficult to extract oil from the petals of the rose, and the fragility of the petals requires great skill in production.
The two main ways are first, solvent extraction of a concrete which is then produced into an absolute (Rose Absolute), or, distillation to produce an essential oil (Rose Otto).
