Dr. Vegan Gentle Iron & Vitamin C

Our Gentle Iron (18mg) is combined with Vitamin C (80mg) for maximum absorption. Iron is an essential mineral for cognitive function, concentration and a healthy mood. Iron deficiency can lead you to feeling low on energy, anaemia, and is more common among women and those on plant-based diets.

Take one capsule per day.
It's important to avoid tea and coffee for 30 minutes either side of taking your Gentle Iron & Vitamin C supplement because they can hinder Iron absorption.

Caution

We do not recommend taking our Gentle Iron & Vitamin C for additional Iron supplementation alongside our Daily Multi-Vitamin unless you have a diagnosed deficiency in Iron or you're advised to do so by your GP or a healthcare professional.
